Welcome to HOT PPL! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HOT PPL mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by HOT PPL ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HOT PPL
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

2. User Content

Your Photos

• You retain ownership of photos you upload to HOT PPL
• By uploading photos, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your photos within the Service
• Photos automatically expire and are deleted after 24 hours
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload

Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. User Conduct

When using HOT PPL, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Respect other users and their content
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Not create multiple accounts or fake profiles
• Not use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Voting System

• Users receive 3 votes every 3 hours
• Votes must be cast genuinely based on your opinion
• Vote manipulation or gaming the system is prohibited
• We reserve the right to adjust voting mechanics at any time
• Rankings and scores are calculated by our algorithms and may change

5. Intellectual Property

• The HOT PPL name, logo, and branding are our exclusive property
• All Service content (except user content) is owned by us or our licensors
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
• We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same

6. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service
• We are not responsible for user content or the conduct of any user
• We do not endorse any clubs, venues, or establishments featured on the Service
• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOT PPL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HOT PPL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
